This course equips current and aspiring supervisors with the skills to manage safe, efficient, and productive warehouse operations. Participants develop leadership, communication, and safety management capabilities to confidently oversee teams, equipment, and day-to-day warehouse activities.

• Health & safety compliance, hazard identification, and risk assessment
• Managing common warehouse hazards such as forklift traffic and manual handling
• Effective communication, toolbox talks, and conflict resolution
• Incident reporting, emergency response, and workplace investigations
• Improving operational efficiency through planning and performance monitoring

Each candidate must have a good knowledge of both written and spoken English to attend this course.
