Design & Construction Safety

As part of the legal requirements for clients to appoint statutory roles for construction projects, SEQ are in a position to undertake the role of PSDP (Project Supervisor Design Process) and offer support and advice to those undertaking or appointing a PSCS (Project Supervisor Construction Stage).

Appointment of SEQ reduces clients exposure to risk where they would seek to appoint themselves without fully understanding the ramifications and requirements of the roles.

SEQ also provide advice and support to those seeking to understand construction safety.

Compliance and Monitoring

SEQ are in a position to undertake desk top reviews and field / site inspections and report back using our mobile inspection application.

SEQ are also in a position whereby we can produce suites of safety documentation to meet statutory and client requirements: Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), QHSE policies and procedures, Construction Phase Plans and Construction Management Plans

Our inhouse support team SEQ can carry out Incident and Accident investigation and advise and report on required outcomes based on cause analysis.

Safety Statements & Risk Assessments

SEQ develop comprehensive Safety Statements for companies and organisations working across all sectors of industry. We also provide a comprehensive range of risk assessment and risk control services.

We identify hazards and assess risks across a range of areas and develop practical risk control measures with our clients. As well as general workplace risk assessments we carry out specialised assessments such as; chemical agents, display screen equipment, driving for work, machinery, manual handling, noise, physical agents, stress, etc.

Safety Management Systems

SEQ provide a full service from gap analysis through development of documentation to achieving certification.

We facilitate the implementation of a number of internationally recognised systems including ISO9001, 14001 & 45001.

Provision of Personnel

SEQ provide experienced EHS resource to work full time or part time on projects for our clients to address client specific needs.

The duration and expertise will be provided to meet client requirements.


SEQ can develop and deliver bespoke environmental, health and safety programmes for organisations at all levels.

Road Opening Licence & Temporary Traffic Management services

Whether your project is small or large we here at SEQ understand that responsible TTM and timely Road Opening Licence obtainment are fundamental to on schedule commencement of your works. Built on the foundation of Safety and Quality, SEQ offer a complete process from start to finish with TTM design and liaising with local authorities.

We have experienced staff who are experts in the application process for Local authority and who can liaise with major utilities to request permission for dig works. Throughout the entire process we will keep you updated on every step of the process.

We offer total solutions to your traffic management needs, our experienced staff will visit sites and assess your requirements. Our proposals will encompass the need to maintain the highest levels of safety at all times, to minimise the disruption to affected parties.

From the initial survey, our own in – house technicians provide the highest quality traffic management drawings in full compliance with Chapter 8, this enables drawings to be reproduced or revised with minimum delay. Our team members are highly experienced with 15 plus years’ experience in traffic management. SEQ pride themselves on being able to advise clients on the most efficient solutions for their managing traffic needs, and can then implement such a scheme, in a safe and cost effective manner.
