Richard Lennon

Founder and Principal Consultant Richard has been the Director of SEQ since 2009, aiding organisations throughout Ireland and further afield in delivery of QHSE services.

Richard specialises in understanding and advising organisations on their compliance and being able to devise services to meet client requirements rather than “off the shelf” services.

General Manager

Declan is an experienced General Manager with responsibility for the strategic direction, operational performance, and continued growth of FSSL, SEQ, and SEQ Training. With a strong focus on delivering high-quality, compliant solutions, he oversees the day-to-day operations of each division, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, consistently, and to the highest standards.
Working closely with clients, teams, and industry partners, Declan combines commercial leadership with operational expertise to drive continuous improvement across the business. His commitment to excellence supports the delivery of fire safety systems and compliance services, operational solutions, and accredited training programmes that meet the evolving needs of clients across multiple sectors.

Fergus Finnegan
Business Development Manager

Fergus is an experienced Business Development Manager who works closely with organisations across a wide range of industries to identify their training, compliance, and workforce development requirements. With a strong client-focused approach, he takes the time to understand each organisation’s unique needs and develops tailored training plans that support both operational objectives and regulatory compliance.
Known for his responsiveness and ability to deliver solutions quickly and efficiently, Fergus helps clients navigate their training requirements with confidence. Health, Safety and Enviornment Officer

Shane joined SEQ in 2021 and plays a key role in supporting our consultancy clients across a wide range of industries. As a Health, Safety & Environment Officer, he works closely with organisations to help them achieve and maintain compliance, implement effective safety management systems, and foster positive workplace safety cultures.

Drawing on his extensive experience in operational management, traffic management, and regulatory compliance, Shane provides practical, client-focused guidance that helps businesses meet their legal obligations while improving overall safety performance. His hands-on approach and attention to detail ensure clients receive professional support tailored to their specific operational needs.

In addition to his consultancy work, Shane is a qualified Manual Handling and Abrasive Wheels Instructor, bringing valuable training expertise that further supports clients in developing safe and competent workforces.
